Working with Andrea and PRoud Rescuers of PR has helped me feel empowered as a rescuer. I had 5 puppies that needed to get their vaccines before being shipped to the states to their forever homes and PRoud Rescuers stepped up immediately covering the costs. PRoud Rescuers of PR is the most AMAZING rescue! They have saved many dogs and cats from the streets of Puerto Rico, including our puppy (Cash). They are a wonderful group of people. Katherine (who interviewed us) was so friendly, answered all of our questions, and was so quick to respond. Ivette and Ruth provided such wonderful care for him in Puerto Rico (they wrote him a note that was so sweet it made me cry!) The transport coordinator made sure he had a safe flight planned. Andrea has been absolutely amazing and readily available to answer all of our questions. I’m sure there were other people involved in his care and we are just so thankful for everyone involved. Cash came home and adjusted so quickly. He is just perfect We are incredibly grateful for this rescue and highly recommend them to anyone looking to adopt
